I saw a deal I could not pass on.
My plan was to buy all 3 he was offering and try to resale or possible local trade. This thing looks so sick acclimating under me led.
I dont even know if I will let them go. I got 2 out of his 3.

Looks great, nice bright colors! I wouldn't let them go but that's just me, wait till they split.

yeah once i saw the colors under my LED i was amazed and in love but i grabbed 2 out of his 3 and they were all manually split from his first. The guy has been doing this for years apparently and manually splits them. I would never try that.
That bigger one already has moved in my tank. the wife woke me up so abruptly this morning... Babe both nems are gone... SMH
when i came to check that big one just moved a few inches from where i put it into a cave and the other smaller one just moved 1 inch... SMH... (Scared the crap out of me)
I am sure they need to acclimate to my much stronger lighting than where they came from. I am going to keep he lights low today.

I want to wait for a full open shot of them, if I can get any crazy offers or high trades I may let 1 go locally only though.

Here is the smaller one which I witnessed opened at purchase and was almost 5 inches. Here it is smaller, looks to still be adjusting.

Here is the bigger one after it moved last night. It planted its foot in the cave but seems to like the light and it's long enough to stretch out and get light.

the bigger one looks like a monster. Still not fully extended and already looks 7+ inches.

thanks guys, i need a good camera... or some lessons on taking pics..
These pics do not do it justice.

1 issue i am having my Cleaner shrimp are harrassing the crap out of my nems....

I was laughing when i fed the large one because the shrimp tried to rob it, but the tentacles are so long It looked like the nem was going to eat the shrimp and i think the shrimp felt the danger and ran off... I was laughing...

But with the smaller ones they continue to harass them looking for food even when i dont feed them...
There is plenty of crap for them to eat everywhere but they insist on bothering the nems...
