Hello all! Sadly I just noticed everything this evening. Long story short. Moved to SW FL. Tank has been set up in the garage while I build the new setup. Noticed something off with one corals and took a closer look. Only thing I can think of that it may hitch hiked on was the ultra indo gold torch I traded a few weeks before I moved. Here’s a few pics under white light.

Im not sure what your pointing to, (idk if its you or just me being dumb) but moving a tank often causes many issues with corals

I’ve never had issues moving tanks. You can see the AEFW in the pics.

Not really seeing the classic bite marks of AEFWs, just tissue loss (which has innumerable causes).

Sorry, pic was kind of blurry on my phone. If those brown things are flatworms, they’re huge. Usually they’re about 3 mm in size.

Well today was water change day since I got off work early. I inspected every coral and found tons of eggs. Since my corals are in bad shape from the move I decided to do some experimenting.

I started off with a couple of second fresh water dip. Scrubbed the eggs off the coral with a small brush leaving As much flesh as possible. Did another quick fresh water dip and then put into a separate contrail containing fresh saltwater and then put back into the display tank. I did manage to get a few worms in the freshwater dip. Now I just wait and see how the coral react.

Can't offer anything as never experienced it myself so would only be re- gurgatating what I've read and would read to find out ^_^

But goodluck getting rid of them and hopefully as much coral as possible can be saved ^_^
