I had a pair of gold stripe maroon clowns. That female had some real character.
She never bit me, but she did like to slap my hand with her tail. She would also move anything I put near her anemone, literally picking up a coral frag in her mouth and moving across my tank. She also liked to fan the sand bed bellow her anemone, which caused a big dust storm.
Despite all these little setbacks I would absolutely keep another Maroon pair again. Here are a few old pics of my big girl.
If it wasn't for my current pair then I would keep maroons again.
