How do you manage healthy coral growth and nutrient reduction without them

I add trace elements. Plus, I have five tangs and feed heavily, so there are plenty of nutrients coming in. For nutrient reduction, I have a large refugium containing chaeto and ulva with a 600W horticulture LED grow light. I have to harvest the chaeto and ulva about twice a month. I have good sized skimmer. Use carbon passively. No filter socks.

How about DOS pumps, one pumps water out at 5 gal bucket a day from sump, other pumps 5 gal in of fresh saltwater a day using Apex into tank. Pour out one, refill other. Corals will love you! No work.
