So I finally found my Black Cap Bassellet, shove in the rocks, I was able to pick him up, no fight, still breathing rapidly, I saw a wound on him, probably stung by BTA, I got a bucket of RO?DI I gave him a FW dip he did not like that, I put him in my QT and I put Methylene Blue in there, stayed in the corner, and breathed rapidly, finally, after an hour later he swam away.

So far so good, what kind of medicine should I get? or if any? Thanks in advance

While it could be a sting from a BTS, it could also be Uronema, something these fish are well known for - and that looks like a wound. The rapid breathing is another symptom of that. If you can get a clear picture, I might be able to confirm that.
