I have a cycling question

I'm looking at buying everything live from sand to rock to water from a already settled aquarium that I can buy from my lfs. So, my question is does the tank have to cycle or is everything already good to go?

answer
with specific transfer protocols, its good to go. a test is provided above that can prove it if needed, or just a known history of the live rock and sand is good enough along with the visual ID's shown in that thread, and no testing. either way is just fine and commonly done here
