I need help.

I am new to hobby and just getting tank setup. I test the overflow area to see about leak is before filling up, and sure enough. One of my bulkheads is leaking.

Any advice on how to tighten it up?

there are quite a few ways actually. First would be to take off the bulkhead and examine it for cracks, sand, etc. This is especially true in the case of a used tank. You may need to replace the bulkhead, or just the rubber gasket. If the bulkhead itself is fine, then you likely just need to add some silicon grease to the gasket, or if it is coming from the bulkhead-pipe connection, you would treat that as any other plumbing leak.

You may find the information you need in my Bulkhead Tips sticky post at the top of this forum.
