This was all I could get from my vet, will it work?
It’s for red bugs.

Definitely plain Interceptor (milbemycin), but the "plus" with the prazi is what I'm not sure about.

HERE's a good reference.

Yes, it works. I just dosed it to kill red bugs in my 180. Dosed it twice, one eight days apart, and they are all gone. It killed a few of my smaller emerald crabs but nothing else seemed bothered, although it clouded the water for a while and my Hawaiian cleaner wrasse hid until it cleared. I dosed slightly more than half of a 23 mg pill, which I dissolved in fresh water before adding to the tank.

The is not likely enough prazi in that to do much. If you have any angelfish that have flukes, they might thank you for the dose, but IIRC from a thread a few years ago, the dosage to treat for worms is much stronger.

You can use that stuff without fear.

Like said above, take out all shrimp and shelled creatures. It will also kill your pod population so prepare for large water changes

Prazi is pretty reef safe. The only thing it will affect is worms (tube worms for instance). So you should be good to go with this.

Dr. G's Coral dip will also kill redbugs. Same main ingredient as Interceptor. Available at Dr. Foster and Smith.com. I used it to treat my system. Bye Bye redbugs.
