I have dinos or diatom and need advice.

Here are my water parameters temp-78 PH-8.0 Ammonia-0ppm Nitrite-0ppm Nitrate-0ppm. This stuff is mainly at the back right side of my 75 gallon tank. A few months ago I did have a hair algae outbreak but that is now gone and other than this brown stuff there's no algae problem. This has been going on for about three months and I have done a three week blackout with little to no results. By the way the tank is about 4 1/2 years old. One more thing I did have cyno but that is now gone. I think it may have been caused by morning sun hitting the tank. Most of the cyno was growing where the sunlight was and thats also where this stuff is growing. I now have blinds up to block the light.

Is this a fowlr or reef? Whats the sg, alk, ca, mg, no3, po4? Have you checked the TDS on your ro/di? Was anything moved or added to the tank? What do you have for clean up crew?

Its a fowlr my sg1.023 alk-12dkh p04 look like its between 0.0ppm and 0.25ppm ca-420ppm po3-0ppm.
