I have never seen this before... Please help

I just received several new corals yesterday and they all looked great except one. This is what I found on it. It may be a barnacle but not sure. I don't even know what I should do with it. Not only does it have this "thing" but it also has a lot of stuff on the "bottom"

The white area is a mouth that opens and something comes out of it....

It's a barnacle, harmless.

Thank you. I was thinking that but ya never know. Now my concern is all the other stuff falling off even some of the coral itself is fall off the frag.
