My hammer has been slowly browning and I found this on the side of today , any idea of what it could be ? Sal-1.024, ph- 8.2 , cal-360 , alk-8 , Phosphate-0 , nitrate 5

Leave this sponge. It will vanish on its own. Silicates are often cause. Can be from new rock, new sand, from tap water if used and expired or leaking Di Resin cartridges. These are short lived and will dissipate as silicates reduce. You can peel them off with the edge of a credit card into a net if they are too many.
They are not harmful and cherish algae if they get any

Ive been raising my nutrients with feedings , just don't want to over do it . What would you say they should be at ?
Your nutrients are way too low for this type of coral.
