I ordered a bunch of supply's from Dr fosters had a gift certificate from xmass I ordered a bunch of red sea test kits and supplements all came in frozen hope they take them back lots leaked out the different bottles . ! How could I trust I'm dosing the correct amount would any of you trust them how about the test kits can I trust them once they thaw out ?

No just got home from work opened the package I will have to call in the morning my first time doing business with them hope they make good

Well I just got off the phone with Dr. Foster and Smith and there replacing everything at no cost and gave me 2 day shipping for free that's super customer service right there !!
