Looks like hair algae on a snail shell maby thats the ony way it would move lol or a small hermit shell with a bush growing on it I really can't tell sry

We like to call them refugium snails, lol, if you want you can pull it out and clean gently with a toothbrush.

I have one I leave like that most of the time and have named him Harry, I know cheesy. I have cleaned him off once but it just grows back in about a month. I always know where he is though.
