Hey guys, I know people spend a lot of time removing pests from there tanks. This may sound counter productive. I would like to get my hands on a bobbit worm. Im not crazy, or fond of trouble. Lol I have a 30g dsb fuge that would make a perfect home for one and I could make sure it doesn't get out into my sump or display. I would not mind feeding it and find them quite interresting. So if anyone comes across one or hears of someone who does, please let it be known that I would be interrested in aquiring it. Thankyou

I found mine on a thread where someone was going to toss it. I was like "STOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOP!". They happened to live within 30 minutes of me, what are the odds of that. Their poop is bigger than a lions! That says something about their eating habits.

Make sure the LFS in your area know you're looking for one. They may get one in or hear of one from another customer.

One of my nicest tanks was my sundial snail and zoa eating nudi tank.

You have one???? Pics or vid? Sundial an zoa eaters.... cool sounds like you got some cool stuff goin on

My friend is flying in at the end of the month. Her hubby is going to get the pics off of my broken harddrive and fix my iMac! 80% of my stuff is on that and has been trapped for the last 2-3 years. I can't wait to see it again!!..... I hope. I'll be heartbroken if he says to junk it. O.O

I don't have the tanks anymore. That was at the old house.

We're on the west coast so all the Indo coral comes in through here.
One of my friends is a coral pusher and has regular shipments from Vietnam to his house.

As i said, if there is any way to aquire one i am interrested. Let me know:-)

I've been keeping an eye out for you, seems people instantly kill them once they find them, which is sad bc they're interesting creatures. One of the LFS I go to is going out of business so I asked him to keep any worms he finds when he tears down his 3 200+ DTs.

No problem, I like weird things also. I might scour the stores in Pittsburgh if I ever find a ride, right now I'm stranded at the airport lol.

It's not too bad, I've only been here for 7.5hrs now. Back home is getting hammered with snow and freezing rain. So I'm going to call a cab to take me into the city. I used to live there, I know some shops that keep hitch hikers in separate tanks in the back and use them as feeders for their larger predators.

I'm not sure if it is that they intentionally kill them but they put up such a fight. I'm pulling my rocks Monday and will let you know what I find. Haven't seen the big guy after I accidentally gassed the tank... but we will see. I do have rock crabs still for sure and a small eunice ( could be a baby or just one of the harmless species that most people never even know are there). I'll keep an eye out locally for you.
