I like CHALICES, BIG and ROUND

I have most of the new rainbow chalices but I still think that the bazooka joe is still one of the best out there.... Oldies but goodies...Love it...LOL

Thanks for sharing! I think I stared at those to pics for 5min!

What's the name of the chalice in the bottom middle?

I think you are referring to this one:

This is a no namer that I got at another one of the many southern California LFS (the LFS is not a sponsor on this forum so I won't mention their name). This area is full of reef hobbyists and so there is a large number of wonderful stores to choose from. I am a little bit like a kid in a candy store and so when I have a free moment, and the opportunity, I try to drop into various LFS to satisfy my reef habit. Every once in a while you just get lucky and find a gem at a reasonable (great) price. And as much as I peruse and purchase from the online sponsored vendors and hobbyist sale threads, nothing beats seeing a coral in person to help pull the trigger on a purchase. Anyway, I do a lot of looking and a little buying. Not sure which is more fun, the looking (the hunt) or the purchasing.

Here is a cleaner picture without any sand on it. I don't take a lot of front views because my tank is a 180 gallon bow front and focusing through thick curved glass is challenging at best

Thought it might be interesting to share some growth pictures. October, 2012 is when I got my big boy camera so that is really when I started taking lots of pictures.

The change in coloring has to do with a new lighting fixture with different bulbs that I am not quite used to correcting yet. But hopefully you can spot the growth over time.

mine before i broke down system a year ago. i am working on aquiring some back now that my new tank is in the works.

July 2013 ( there was some competing for space with the pink ****** chalice, so I moved this over and placed it semi upright)

that pink ******* is gorgeous. i really like that one, mummy eyes, and miami hurricanes, when they are nice and rich in color.
