This algae has survived both low and high levels of NO3 & PO4, the tank is a year and a half old. What is it & How to treat?

Red turf algae?

So not quite sure about this stuff... It is quickly growing and not sure what it is exactly or what would eat it / hinder growth? Please help with ID and ideas on hindering it :) It is in two seperate spots, if I don't stop it now, I have a feeling it will take over..
