I love this hobby, saw something new today

I’ve had saltwater tanks for about 12years now and I love that I can still look into my tank and see something new. Tonight was sitting by the tank heard what sounded like a snail or crab falling to the bottom, I have bare bottom tank so it makes a little crash noise, and didn’t think anything of it. Then I heard the same noise couple more times over the next 10-15mins and this is what I saw.


Craziness! I have never seen a snail throw a hermit before.

I hear that often too, when I investigate I often see a snail & a hermit side-by-side. Mystery solved!
I thought it was the snail jumping off the top of the glass to the bottom.
