I messed up

Well, I screwed up, I normally put about 3 drops of iodine every 2 weeks, which I have decided was a mistake anyway because it’s probably not necessary, and I don’t have a test for it, we’ll today my dropper bulb cracked and about a half dropper full went in, my total volume is 75 gallons, I did a 25% water Change to try and get some out, so my question is what will this do to my tank and is there anything else I can do?

I had a carbon filter pad that I put in my sump, but I believe the iodine gets used up pretty fast
