What do I buy? Thanks !!

I use a Polyp Lab Scope.

Any red lens flashlight will work. If you don't have a red lens version, then just wrap some red plastic wrap around the lens of a regular flashlight. The red light is less disturbing to tank inhabitants.

Haven't personally tried this but maybe:

Yeah, I use red LED flashlights and they work great at night. No fish/inverts seem to notice them.

I'm only using them because I have a bunch (since my main hobby is astronomy/telescopes and red light doesn't destroy your night vision in the dark).

You could use one of these $11 headlamps (with just the red on) and have hands-free viewing:

I hate to kill the idea of buying something, but honestly I just use the flashlight on my cellphone when I need to take a quick look.
