I Need A Pump For My 120

I'm setting up my 120 reef and I need a return pump. I dont know what im looking for, I need something that will turn my tank over more then 8x volume. With the sump its around 160 gallons and the top of the tank is about 6ft high. If you have a pump, let me know.

I will be running 2 Mag 7's with my 120g. I will also have 2 x MP40W Vortechs so flow will not be an issue
