I need a quick diagnosis please :)

I was just wondering if anyone knew if these small white specks/dots are Ich, or some other form of disease and if I should treat it. This is a Coral Beauty Angelfish currently in QT. I just got it Sunday and have been quarantining it to be safe since it's a new arrival.

Probably Lymphocystis, not ich

Agreed with KrisReef.. Definitely too big for Ich. Lympho most likely.
