I need an ID please

I see about 5 of these coming from my live rock this morning. Hadn't noticed them before. They are coming out of the tubes that have came on my live rock since I bought it.
is this aptasia?
If not, what is it and can it stay or should I remove it.

I had a few when my tank was about 5 or 6 months old. Not sure what happened to them, but I thought they were so cool. Jealous here [emoji1]
