how old is your tank? if its a new tank they should disappear with time, diatoms appear when your phosphates are high, do a water change, that will help you get rid of them a bit, some ppl do a total black out, (not using their lights for 3 days straight) but not using whites for too long it would help as well.

oh yea then just let it be, they will disappear with time, i would just get a large CUC to munch on them, that would help alot too
