In my experience if you can prove it failed due to a factory defect, even if it's just a bit out of warranty Ecotech will help you out some, I've had really really good out of warranty support on my radion and mp10. If you broke it (I smashed my dry side once) you might be on your own. FleaBay might be a good place to look.

They are $62 everywhere. Ecotech has minimum sale price set. Everywhere sells for the same.
