I need help identifying what is in the picture

I used dry rock and sand. The only live thing I put in tank are fish and cheato from Algeabarn. I saw this thing in the rocks.

Looks possibly like a Mejano or aptasia anemone to me. If you can take out the rock and kill it outside the tank that would probably be best, or you risk it spreading... an annoying pest. A tiny remnant could have snuck in on the Chaeto. You might want to look around for others forming in the tank.
 
Yep, it’s aiptasia.
 
+1 Aiptasia. May have come in with the chaeto, sadly. I read in this forum recently that someone's 'clean chaeto' came in with one of those things. Sorry :(
 
It’s Aiptasia. Use a very small amount of lemon juice in a syringe, boiling water in a syringe, or you can buy Aiptasia-X from Red Sea.
