The eye is swollen to the fish and the eye does not want to heal. What can be done about it?

You can treat with Furan-2 + Kanaplex + Metroplex for an infection in a QT tank.

Also, dose Epsom salt (1 tablespoon per 5 gals) to help ease the swelling.

Thanks buddy and is it put with any fish in the aquarium or do him an external treatment?

The epsom salt (USP grade, no additives) is reef-safe, so a good thing to try first.

Thanks I'll try and hope that will help him ..

I would start antibiotics in a qt immediately. As mentioned, kannamycin metronidazole and furan2 is a good mix.

Erythromycin and minocycline (maracyn and maracyn2) also works well on eye infections.

I would not waste precious time with epsom salt.

Good luck

Thanks for the information and answer these ingredients put into the aquarium with the fish? And that does not hurt the values?
