I need help with my Apex!

I got a used Apex and after finally being able to connect it! I feel like these are old settings I’m trying to turn on the outlets and program them but it’s not working! I’ve done this once before and it’s so complicated. What the heck is an Aquabus? There’s one fluid monitoring kit for the ATO.

Aquabus is their fancy USB com system. Which is either a serial with 24v ran or CAN with 24v ran. Its just their coms.

you may want to see if you can do a hard reset or go back to factory and start over.

i will say on mobile i do have some times where it wont let me save or do anything and if i log in and out it will. I try to do all programming off of my computer.

I feel like the finnex heater shutoff as well.

Start with a hard reset and program the heater outlet BEFORE you plug up the heater. The heater outlet can be whichever you want it to be, it just needs to be programmed as such.

I’d hard reset to be safe. Working with a bunch of tiles you didn’t create could be sketchy

Yeah, you're going to have to do a factory reset on it. I've killed the power to mine and it turns back on and the settings are still there and runs normal.
