I need help with my Flame Hawkfish

This is my first post on R2R. I need help with my Flame Hawk that has been in my quarantine for 3 weeks. He started developing these red spots on him and has lost his red color. Does any one know what it could be or how to treat it? I provided a picture. He is still eating and is pretty active. have checked water parameters and everything is good. I was about to start treating him with Kanaplex and Metroplex but noticed these spots and wanted to wait in case I nee

I’ve never seen a Flame Hawkfish like that! I’m afraid it could be a serious condition but I’ve got no idea.
