I need help with my wrasse

I got this fish 2 weeks ago, first he got ich but after ttm, he has no spot but his scale seem to be damage. Can anyone tell me whats wrong with him? I already dose 2 round of api gc. All my parameter are normal, he is also feeding well. Is there medication to treat him?

Any of your other fish showing similar symptoms?

Could potentially be damage from rubbing against the rocks when it had ich?

My first thought was damage from flukes, but you said you already did two rounds of GC. You could do a quick freshwater dip and look for what’s in the container just to rule it out?

Have any antibiotics (Kanaplex, Nitro on hand just in case he may have developed an infection from some scales that were damaged?
