I need help with programming an Apex. PLEASE

After several hours with some great help from Kattz on the phone last night we discovered that Apex sent me a bad unit. Kind of how my luck is.

Ouch! that is no good man! Are you absolutely convinced? Or is it possible there is still some operator error? There are quite a few in the club that have the Apex, and I think it would be safe to say, they are all tech savvy geek nerds:nerd:, and would be able to figure it out.

there's a possibility the dimmer is manually switch off... that's what happened to me. make sure it's on in the status page.

You are using the correct cables right, you have to either build your own or order one from Neptune, their customer support is very good and they will diagnose your unit from home overt the web.

everything is running correctly. now I just need major help with programming. the unofficial users guide just confused me more. anyone brave enough to help me???
