I need help with this hair

My hair is crazy! And I have no idea what to do, I've tried barely feeding! I've tried less light. What do you guys suggest? I've pulled a lot out, but it keeps coming back

1) figure out what the problem is and fix it
2)Controlled GFO and a good CUC
3) Fluconazole in stages or H2O2
4) Water changes and cleaning of filters

This is what is working for me. I still have clumps of GHA but its working well.
