I need help

Can anyone help me out. I have no idea what's going on with my anemone. I don't know if this is normal or if it's dying

Ya they are weird,,, how long has it been like that?

Mine will do it every now and then. One minute they look all fluffy and the next all shrivelled and you weren't feeding! They are strange

It's been like this for 2 days. Right now it's starting to look better but I'm pretty sure it will happen again.

I've been feeding it shrimp I picked up from the grocery store. Should I feed it something else?

Looks okay they will open and close up from time to time. Have you tried feeding?
