I need help

I have a 36 inch light fixture that holds 6 t5. I need to know which bulb to put in that can grow anything from Softie to SPS and LPS. And which arrangement I need to put them into my fixtures.

Neither; a bit blue, but not a deep blue... it’s pretty nice. I have photos in my thread somewhere

If you like a less blue tank like I do just use 2 c+ instead.

Mount it about 12in above the tank and you can crow just about anything.

Depending on the number switches the tubes are pared in, put the actinic and a blue plus in first switch or channel.

Exactly. One switch for 2 bulbs, one switch for the other four. Salty was suggesting you put a blue plus and actinic in the 2-bulb switch.

This is 8 bulbs, but very similar to what I mentioned. Has an additional blue plus and coral plus. See it’s not a royal blue, but it’s not a white look either.

I dislike its partial 600-650nm output; the red/orangish/yellow range. Coral plus bulbs already cover that adequately in my opinion.

I have one more question how often should you change your bulbs out

9 months to a year? I tend to leave them in way too long lol. When they look burnt at the sides I replace them xD
