I need Hitch hiker help

So I just woke up a bit ago and I go down to look at and feed my tank. I noticed that there are tons of little white dots on my glass. When I looked closer I noticed they had varying numbers of what look to be little thread like legs with almost segmenting dots. They were unfortunately too small for my phone camera to focus in on.

has anyone had any experience with this kind of thing?
