Hello everyone. So I have some questions if anyone can answer I'd appreciate it. So I have a 35 gallon tank and have a led ray2 lighting fixture 30in and I as just got an actinic T8 it's only 18in. I am wondering how long should I leave them on? Hours a day? Which stays on longer...etc. please help thank you so much.

The lights can be on for as long as you see fit. If keeping corals I would run them for a minimum of 8 hours a day. Actinic for the full 8 hours and the other leds for at least 6. But keep an eye on your corals, they will tell you if its too much.
