I wanna know why my tunze osmolator fills the whole bottom sensor all the way up. Is that normal? I cant find my answrr. In my head i thought when the water touches the tip of the sensor its good. But no mine continues to fill the whole bottom sensor up. Its tunze 3155.

I have my emergency sensor on a different magnet i wanna know too if the plastic holder for it should be submereg like the picture?,

No it should not. This is how it should be set up.

It will be like that and then it fills and it sumberges it. Are u sure its not normal,m
If it submerges it then your sensor is not reading correctly and it’s only turning off because of your emergency float. I don’t even see your emergency float on the pictures that you provided.

Because the emergency float is on a different magnet somewhere else u cant see in the picture. And its not the whole thing getting submerged only to here so even if the float was there it wont even engage.

I got an idea. Did you set up the ato as large system? Set it on low. This may solve your problem.

Yes, set it on medium then, small may work better for you.
I think it's just dumping in to much. And don't forget, everytime it gets shut off it dumps water for like 20 seconds to test.
Actually contacted tunze. And they told me its installed correctly just now. They said its not supposed to stop at the tip of the sensor otherwise it will keep pumping water and it should cover the whole bottom sensor. But thank you.
