I’d think it would be pretty much impossible to get your water temperature lower than your room temperature without a chiller.
One room gets to 84 degrees, a 40B with an iceprobe chiller and a small clip on fan, I keep it at a steady 76 degrees. The tanks with fans only I get a solid 4 degrees drop from ambient temp. I do live in the desert, which means usually my humidity is low, so with fans and evap I can get a good drop. If you live in higher humidity, you will not get a good drop.
BTW, most tanks are fine even up to 80 degrees or more. You can read some studies that promote warmer tanks. Its more about temperature swings, you don't want your tank going from 76 to 80. I gradually change my temp controller as seasons change, because some rooms in my house goes from 60 in the winter to 85 in the summer.
With ambient temp of 77, that small fan, the inkbird, and an ato; you'll easily keep that tank within range. Screen top right, during the warmer months my tanks go from glass to screen.
