I need to build screen cover for my 30 CUBE

hello folks, does anyone know how to use screen frame with the clear plastic mesh to make a top to clamp onto a rimless 60 cube?? or any other plans without using a glass lid with a black sit on top frame?? I like the open rimless look.

I don't want my fish carpet surfing!!!
