How do you guys manage the cables? I have 4 powerheads that each have their own remote control + I have many of the adapters from all the plugs I’m using.

I’m currently setting up my APEX, and I’m getting overwhelmed by the mess.

There's a ton of threads on cable management. It's not hard it just takes some planning. I try to make all cables accessible for maintenance and possible emergency access without having to tear a bunch of other "vitals" out of the way. I also mounted my controls and power sources to the side of my tanks so exposure to water is at a minimum.

Welcome to the club. Build a wall over it. Out of site, out of mind sorry. I personally need to unhook everything and get a fresh start. Move slow, one piece at a time and think about which way cords need to run. Make sure you have plenty of fasteners. I always have a roll of Velcro strap to cut to size. You got this. It a tedious job, but you’ll be happy you did it.

I made HUGE progress today!

I just need help with this last step. Any ideas of what to do with the power bricks? I tried bundling them up but they seemed really hot and I didn’t want to damage my electrical stuff.

I really tried my hardest. I’m not aiming for perfection, just a general tidiness. If I can get this last rat’s nest fixed id be really grateful!
