In a little over a months time 3 tuxedo urchins and 2 turbo snails have completely annihilated my GHA and briopsis. There are just a few tiny remnants left here and there. I also believe coraline starting to cover rocks helped and raising magnesium to 1500 turned the green to white ends.

I feel like I need to do something in return for these guys because I'm worried that eventually they will starve now. Thinking about donating them to my LFS but wonder if their coral tanks have enough algae to.i can drop some algae wafers for the snails but the urchins stay on the rocks. Feel like I need to reward them for hard work. To bad I don't live in Fiji I would turn them loose onto a reel coral reef.

Urchins love seaweed, too. You can try rubber-banding some small seaweed sheets to some flat rocks. If they're hungry - they'll find them!
I've done that previously and with fish picking at it then it just falls apart and is all over the place. I may try it at night while the fish sleep.

Dont fire them- theyre doing their job

That's why I'm acknowledging their effort. I don't want to lay them off but with the job completed and no major work on the horizon what can I do except provide them free hand outs?
