my best tank running is only 2 months old and i went to a pet store that has less of an understanding of salt critters than i do and im only 6 months into the hobby and i found 2 anemones who were in rough shape i bought them both one passed within a week the other is doing better now but it shrinks and acts dead every once in a while when i do water changes but then it gets big and beautiful within 5-10 mins i do a 10 gallon bi weekly water change in a 55 gallon tank its been a month since i got it now just need some insight on why it shrinks my corals don't i know its a young tank but with all the research and signs my tank shows its pretty much close to perfect

close to perfect tank....
let's see some pics
anemone doesn't just die in a perfect tank

Anemones act weird pretty much no matter what. They deflate when they feel like it, move if they're unhappy, and sometimes end up in a powerhead. The problem with a 2-month-old-tank is that it's still maturing. Still going through different phases of algae and bacterial blooms which will cause different parameters to fluctuate. There's no way to tell, as of right now, whether or not your men will live due to the fact that your tank is going to change a lot between now and a year from now. I would just monitor the tank extra closely for the next few months to try to keep everything in line (though I've found it's best to just let it run its course).
