As soon as I have finally figured out my tanks I got a surprise. Turns out I will be getting a tank between 100-150gallons. That is all I know. It will be tking the place of my 55gallon reef. Well I just want to know what I should do to prepare for it.

My plan: I will go and retrieve the tank and all that jazz. If the tank is not drilled I will drill it unlike my 55. Then hopefully the 55will fit underneath as a sump if not I will have to look for a sump or build another one(any tips on either) I will have to check out the stand and see if I would build my own or if I like the layout of the original one.

What is on my 55gallon:
2 kessil a160we
Apex
1 gyre xf250
Jeabo dosing pumps
denitrator
phosban reactor
HOb reef octupus 2000
Retrofit kit lighting from BRS 2 3ft tubes
jeabo dc 6000 return pump

What I think I need:\
Overflow probs the ghst overflow
Upgrade skimmer in time
possibly add another gyre if needed in time
more lighting including the above(what should I do)
Anything else?

Sorry for the brief description I have no idea what tank this is. Or even if I will use it if it has too many scratches I might just pitch it. I dont even know if it is glass or acrylic. haha I will be recieving pics of it soon. A friend is giving this too me for free. Very thankful of them for doing this.

Sounds like a great up grade.:)
