Hey all, first time posting to the form here! Long time freshwater guy that recently got in to saltwater.
Currently have a 16g nano reef up and running. My original fish stock was going to be 1 Clown and 1 Royal Gramma. I just added my clown yesterday, however I think I may have bought a clown that was paired with the smaller one in his tank. My LFS didnt say anything about it (and they would mention it if they were aware) but since this is my first clownfish ever i wasn't sure how to distinguish their behavior when adapting to new surroundings vs. Their behavior if they just lost their mate. If the behavior continues part of me wants to go pick up the other clown.
I think I already know the answer but would 2 clowns and a RG be too much for a 16g?
