I think I have a problem

So here I am. Proud father of 2 new black clownfish. Added them 2 days ago and couldn't be happier. Yesterday I happened to have the day off and caught myself staring at them in their little corner throughout the day. Filled with joy to see my months of research finally coming to fruition by having some life in the tank. Then today came. Back to work and unable to keep an eye on my new friends. Stress. Texts to my wife. What is the temperature? Do they look ok? Are all the powerheads working? The last time I felt like this is the drive home from the hospital when my son was born. It's crazy the amount of caring I had for these 2 as soon as they were in the pitcher being acclimated. I'm going to love this new hobby of mine. At the same time I think it may kill me.

I think the Xfinity home guys would think I was weird if the only security cam I had was pointed at the corner those 2 are staying in right now. The wife probably wouldn't go for it either

I've had numerous saltwater tanks since 93. It's truly a addiction! Your well on your way!

Funny thing... I got a new apex for Christmas. I was so excited thinking I would no longer have to stress over my tank. Turns out I still worry. Will the apex fail? What does that alarm mean? What if I get an alarm and I’m not home? I just can’t help it! I guess it’s a mom thing.

Good comes from concern. Ordered a heater controller today. That will ease a little stress. If I ever have a shot at that webcam I'm going to need Amazon packages to stop showing up every other day. Happy wife, happy reef.

That's how I ended up with two boxer pups. (Wife " but he's so cute!" Led to another one!) Don't get me wrong, I do love them. Lol!
