I think I have isopods

I got some new coral a few weeks ago and everything is doing great in my micro reef tank. I woke up early this morning and saw these all over the glass. Is this something I have to worry about? I keep finding mixed answers if they are isopods. I tried to get the best picture of them but was difficult to have the camera focus in on them.

These look like copepods or munnid isopods which are reef safe
