I think my anemones don't enjoy there flow

This is the most I've seen my anemone out in awhile and it's after I turn my flow off but even now that I have the flow off the anemone looks really limp and the tentacles don't stay up on there own did I ruin it not enough flow now I had my flow going to the back of my tank to come back and circle the tank should I change the direction to above the rocks

Yea that's not good flow.
Put the powerhead on the back and aim at the corner.
