I think my clown has ich

Hi, my tanks finished it’s cycle and I put 2 clown fish in my tank. It’s been 2 weeks. I did a water change last night. Today my wife noticed the black clown had white on him. It’s hard to see in the pic. I only have rock at the moment but want corals. Should I treat the whole tank?

Hard to tell from the picture. If you didn't run them through quarantine it's possible (usually likely) that they have something. Treatments shouldn't be done in a display system and will need a separate quarantine system without rock or substrates, we'll also need to verify what it is before we decide how to treat.
