How old is your tank and what are your parameters. The tank looks pretty new, IME naso tangs usually only do well in mature, established aquariums, your tank does not look mature or established.

I transfered from my 90 gallon to my 180 2 months ago then added sand..90 was running for 3 years all other fish fine.. think i got dinos recently
