I think my plates are distressed

One of my plate corals bleached in 3 days, no idea why. My other plate coral that I've had since the beginning (1.5 years), actually moved from the back of the tank to the front of the tank and looks like its trying to climb the glass. I actually didn't even know it could move. Any idea whats going on? All my other corals look fine. Im about to do a water change just in case.

Lastly, about 2 months ago I lifted up a plate coral to clean the sand underneath and what I swear looked like 3 silver snakes (2 inches long) ran from underneath the coral super fast and buryed themselves in the sand about a foot away. I wonder if it's related.

Hard to gauge color with the blue lights in the pictures. Yes, these guys can move and they do. Mine would go all over. My baby one does in the 20g tank. Have to look for it every day.
From the picture, it does not look to have an issue with tissue or skeleton showing. Looks fluffy and tentacles out are nice. It probably just hit the wall and thought it could climb. It will move if unhappy.
If bleaching, check the light source to make sure they are getting enough, but not too much. Make sure you have some nitrates or are feeding them too.
Honestly, it looks quite healthy (minus the ability to see the color).

Thank you for the reply. Yeah, "he" currently looks healthy and I think everything is ok, I was getting concerned more due to the fact that two strange events happened next to each other

1. Another plate coral about 2 months old in the tank bleached over 3 days
2. This one moved across the tank after not moving for over a year

If "he" starts bleaching I'll post an emergency post Anything you know to look out for specifically?

Keep eye on your nutrients and other fish picking. You want nutrients for these guys. Sound like you have it under control. Keep eye on alk.

I worked from home today and noticed my Melanurus Wrasse picking at it Never bothered it for a year as far as I know. Any ideas on how to prevent this?

Do you have any pests? Sometimes they are actually going after the pests found on the corals such as flatworms.
