I thought it was Hair Algae but...

My CUC wont touch this stuff. Can anyone tell me what it is?

This pic is from last night which was right after a water change, hence the fine bubbles on everything.

Dinos - but also possible there's some hair algae buried under there as well. When it gets to that point there's almost no CUC that will touch it.

Dinos are going to be your first chore... but a nice little cluster of Valonia in there as well... can you find a nice little female emerald crab at your LFS?

Idk about females but I currently have 3 emerald crabs.

Might want to try manually removing as much as you can to fight it.

the females are just less potentially problematic, surprised they have not hit those bubbles

So, as I'm learning more about Dinos, I have a question... You can see some stringy "mucous" stuff all over the tank at times. If I understand what I'm reading right, that is from the Dinos??? Does this tend to "sting" or irritate corals like zoas and polyps?
